The comparable product from competitor or Mobility Essence must be new. The Price Match Policy applies only to BRAND NEW items. Items that have been used, refurbished, or remanufactured do not apply.
The Price Match Policy only applies to competitors authorized to sell in the United States who have a valid commercial address.
The Price Match Policy does not apply to Product Manufacturer's who sell their own products online to end users and who choose to unfairly compete with their own Authorized Distributors (ie: Mobility Essence).
Many manufacturers have a Authorized Dealer Program. Mobility Essence is an Authorized Dealer for all of the products we offer.
We will not match prices from dealers who are not authorized to sell the product, as it may be a grey market item without warranty coverage.
No additional discounts or coupon codes can be applied to orders that qualifies for the Price Match Policy. For example, you cannot price match and then add an additional discount coupon or promotion.
The lower price must be published on a public website and be continuously available online to the general public. Mobility Essence staff and the customer must be able to verify the publicly listed url and we must mutually verify, via emailed screenshot(s). the final sell-for-price using an apples to apples comparison, including exact product variations, shipping, and freight charges where applicable.
The Price Match Policy applies only to prices both advertised and available to the general public on an English-language website.
The price must be quoted in US dollars. Our price match policy does not apply to wholesale or auction style web sites.
When a better price is confirmed by our customer service representatives, the difference will be applied back to your credit card (if you paid by credit card), or we will lower the amount of your invoice (if unpaid), or issue a refund check (if the original invoice has been paid.
Mobility Essence reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Price Match Policy or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you.
Mobilityessence.com reserves the right to refuse to honor the price match guarantee if the competitor's online pricing is found to be selling at a price point below Mobilityessence's wholesale distributor cost.
The terms that are in effect at the time of your order will determine your eligibility under the Price Match Policy. The failure by mobilityessence.com to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
